What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the Client Care Representative (CCR) team
  • Oversee daily front office operations and workflow
  • Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and compassion
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and payroll processes
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members
  • Improve systems, processes, and client service standards
  • Partner with hospital leadership to achieve operational goals

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
