What You'll Do
- Lead and support the Client Care Representative (CCR) team
- Oversee daily front office operations and workflow
- Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and payroll processes
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Improve systems, processes, and client service standards
- Partner with hospital leadership to achieve operational goals
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
- 2–3 years of leadership or management experience in customer service, veterinary medicine, or a related field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and practice management software
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
