Restoration Laborer

We are looking for a dependable Restoration Laborer to join a hardworking team supporting residential and commercial restoration projects. This role is essential to helping restore properties after water, fire, storm, or other damage. You’ll work alongside experienced restoration professionals in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail matter.

• Assist with cleanup, demolition, debris removal, and property restoration
• Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, insulation, and other debris
• Set up and remove drying equipment as directed
• Clean and prepare work areas for restoration
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Previous construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working in various environments
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn restoration techniques and follow instructions
• Must be comfortable working in homes, businesses, and damaged properties

• Pay: $14–$14.50 per hour, based on experience
