Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily routines.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and social events.
  • Document and report client progress and any changes in condition.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
