What You’ll Do
• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Welding, sheet metal work, and panel replacement
• Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure proper repairs
• Conduct quality checks and inspections for safety and performance
• Collaborate with estimators and production team to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Stay current on industry repair procedures, including aluminum repair


What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of collision repair experience preferred
• Experience with welding, structural repairs, and measuring systems
• I-CAR training or certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have your own tools
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 4x10 schedule
