We are seeking a dependable Framer/ Finish Carpenter to join our construction team.  This positions is responsible for performing both rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial projects.  Looking for a candidate tha has experience reading blueprints, capable of performing various installation, and maintaining high -quality craftsmanship while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Install doors, windows, trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elements.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of framing and/or finish carpentry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction methods.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.
  • Experience with construction software and use of technology.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with remodeling and new construction.
  • Cabinet installation experience.
  • Knowledge of concrete forming is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
