Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure management firm, is seeking an Lifestyle Coordinator. The Lifestyle Coordinator will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the lifestyle programs and events for a master plan community. Programs and events include social events for families and adults, youth programs, fitness classes and large-scale marketing events. Responsibilities may include implementing training and scheduling staff; assisting with daily operations of the amenities, supervising the activities staff, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are attained; using the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations. 

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. (Example Schedule: Monday OFF, Tuesday, OFF, Wednesday 12PM - 8PM, Thursday 9AM - 5PM, Friday 12:30PM - 8:30PM, Saturday 11AM - 7PM, Sunday 11AM - 7PM)

Key Responsibilities

Lifestyle Programming & Events

  • Own and help manage the community lifestyle and events calendar, including planning, coordinating, and executing programs, classes, and events.

  • Assist in developing new program ideas, seasonal events, and recurring activities that engage residents of all ages.

  • Coordinate event logistics including timelines, layouts, supplies, vendors, staff support, and on-site execution.

  • Ensure all required registrations, waivers, and release forms are collected for programs and events.

  • Act as a lead on-site presence during events, ensuring programs run smoothly and professionally.

Communication & Marketing

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, newsletters, flyers, and digital promotions for lifestyle programs and events.

  • Become highly knowledgeable about the community, amenities, and lifestyle offerings in order to communicate confidently with residents and prospective homebuyers.

  • Maintain open lines of communication and positive relationships with residents.

Operations & Support

  • Assist with facility rentals, including understanding and enforcing rules, guidelines, and rental policies.

  • Maintain program and event supply inventory; proactively report purchasing needs to the Lifestyle Director.

  • Understand and follow all Arch Amenities Group and client policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe program and event spaces at all times.

  • Report incidents, accidents, or resident concerns to the Lifestyle Director in a timely manner.

  • Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.

  • Assist with staff supervision and support as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working programs and events in recreational setting is preferred.
  • Ability to design fun and safe activities

  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build and lead a team
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy & procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. 
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasionally or no variables.
  • Must be CPR/First Aid Certified
