Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Sub at our Beverwyck Group Home in Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines

• Support personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs

• Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement

• Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• 20 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Consent to state and federal criminal background checks

• Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD

• Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
