About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification for grades 1-6 in New Jersey or working on the certification.
- Experience in elementary education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning and encouraging student growth.
