Position Summary
As Concierge, you are the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and clients. You are expected to provide professional, courteous service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.聽

Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Greet all residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain front desk coverage at all times unless properly relieved.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure all visitors are signed in and accounted for.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries accurately.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Communicate effectively with management, staff, and residents/tenants.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents immediately.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽High school diploma or equivalent聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Previous experience in customer service, concierge, or front desk roles preferred
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Strong communication and interpersonal skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
