About the role:
Our practice is seeking a highly qualified .NET Full Stack Technical Lead with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.

In this role, you will:
· Design and develop robust applications using SQL Developer, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and .NET Core to meet business needs in the Transportation & Logistics domain.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Provide technical expertise in .NET Core, maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices across projects.
· Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
· Apply deep knowledge of database technologies and application development to optimize performance and scalability.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Parsippany, NJ.

What you need to have to be considered:
Experience: 12–15 years as a .NET Developer in the Transportation & Logistics domain.
Technical Skills:
· SQL Developer, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL
· .NET Core
· Expertise: Designing and developing robust applications, ensuring code quality and best practices.
· Additional: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct thorough testing/debugging, and align solutions with business objectives.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until December 14th , 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
