At Dartcor, hospitality is how we show up for people - in person and online. Our brands each carry a distinct identity, voice, and audience.  We are seeking someone who can bring that to life digitally with creativity, consistency, and care.

  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence across all platforms and brands
  • Present upcoming content calendars to leadership on a regular cadence, incorporating feedback before content goes live
  • Monitor performance metrics and share regular reporting with the marketing team
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help grow community across platforms
  • Partner with operations and leadership teams to align content with events, campaigns, and business priorities
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats - especially short-form video
  • Working fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Hands-on content creation skills - you can shoot, edit, write, and post
