Weichert Insurance Agency is hiring an IT Support-EPIC at the corporate location in Morris Plains, NJ. The IT Support-EPIC is responsible for handling the daily management and optimization of the Agency Management System (EPIC), Lead Management System and other Weichert Insurance systems and resources. This position ensures systems are current with the latest releases, enhances functionality, promotes adoption of new features, and maintains updated documentation in shared folders.
 
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
 
  • Manages and updates EPIC and related systems with current software releases and patches.
  • Manages the roll out of new features in EPIC to the Agency.
  • Serves as a technical resource for staff inquiries related to systems and logins.
  • Manages documentation of updates to procedures and guidelines on shared folders.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to improve system functionality and user experience. Works with Training to update workflows based on changes to the system.
  • Manages maintenance and Admin support of lead management system.
  • Assists with data integration with other Weichert Systems.
  • Assists with reporting between Weichert systems.
  • Serve as liaison between Weichert Insurance Agency and Weichert Corporate IT.
  • Assists with WIA compliance with IT/Cyber Security.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • One (1) to two (2) years of related insurance experience preferred
  • Two (2) plus years of IT experience preferred
  • Two (2) years EPIC or other Agency management systems experience preferred
  • Experience with lead management systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)

The estimated base salary range for this position is from $65,000 to $90,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
