- Manages and updates EPIC and related systems with current software releases and patches.
- Manages the roll out of new features in EPIC to the Agency.
- Serves as a technical resource for staff inquiries related to systems and logins.
- Manages documentation of updates to procedures and guidelines on shared folders.
- Collaborates with internal teams to improve system functionality and user experience. Works with Training to update workflows based on changes to the system.
- Manages maintenance and Admin support of lead management system.
- Assists with data integration with other Weichert Systems.
- Assists with reporting between Weichert systems.
- Serve as liaison between Weichert Insurance Agency and Weichert Corporate IT.
- Assists with WIA compliance with IT/Cyber Security.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years of related insurance experience preferred
- Two (2) plus years of IT experience preferred
- Two (2) years EPIC or other Agency management systems experience preferred
- Experience with lead management systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
- Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
The estimated base salary range for this position is from $65,000 to $90,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
