Qualifications:
Must be in your junior year graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 pursuing a BS degree in a business related discipline (management, finance, marketing, sales, IT, R&D, Supply Chain etc.).
Must demonstrate proven ability to work on a team.
Proven analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementations required.
Must be a self-starter, who is proactive and takes advantage of opportunities, without being asked.Â
Must possess capability to set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, and identify or allocate resources appropriately.
Must possess a strong work ethic.
Excellent presentation and communication skills needed.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Must be available 3 days per week, for "in office" work (Parsippany, NJ).
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$16.00 - $26.67Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
