In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and roadmap for our global partner reservation APIs, driving seamless integrations and impactful customer experiences across our brands, including Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and business, transforming ideas into solutions that keep our customers moving quickly, safely, and sustainably.Â

What You'll Do:   Â
Â
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Global partner reservation APIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer valueÂ
Establish clear OKRs in partnership with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to measure success and track progressÂ
Collaborate closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to support API integrations, answer product-related questions, and ensure a seamless experience across the API lifecycle—from planning through implementation and beyondÂ
Ensure different perspectives are heard and balanced to meet business objectives, securing collaboration, and strong partnerships with key stakeholders in various parts of the organizationÂ
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and empowering environment within the teamÂ
Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform and evolve the API product strategyÂ

What We're Looking For: Â
Â
Minimum of 3 years of proven product experience managing APIs or technical products, especially in a B2B or partner-facing contextÂ
Strong leadership experience in aligning product strategy and execution efforts across large cross-functional groups, multiple locations, and time zonesÂ
Balance of technical and business acumen; able to communicate what is possible and what will have biggest impact on businessÂ
Ability to take big ideas and turn them into a roadmap of features and research with minimal guidanceÂ
Naturally takes initiative and inspires momentum, organizing teams and processes to deliver results—even in the face of ambiguity and complexityÂ
Demonstrates effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership skills Â
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to product decision-makingÂ
Adept at ruthless prioritization in the face of competing prioritiesÂ
The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000 - $150,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
