What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team
• Oversee daily operations, sales, and inventory
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of retail management or leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented
• Flexible availability, including some weekends/holidays
• A valid drivers license
