Job Summary:

We are seeking two dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our Hospital Medicine team as Nocturnists. Providers will deliver comprehensive overnight inpatient care, manage admissions, respond to acute clinical changes, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.  This full-time position offers a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule and the opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight inpatient coverage 
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized patients 
• Respond to admissions and acute clinical changes 
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams 
• Ensure high-quality patient care and continuity throughout the night shift

Requirements

• Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) 
• Active or eligible state license 
• Hospital medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, or inpatient experience preferred 
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
