Job Description:

In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to a large architectural and engineering team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office procedures and systems.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the Vice President/Manager of Federal Engineering to provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Facilitate department-related meetings, special events, and communications, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success.
  • Conduct research, manage data entry, and undertake various office tasks to support the architectural and engineering team's objectives.
  • May manage office budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for effective organization and easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure tasks are completed on time, aligning with project deadlines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Provide support to team members and management in day-to-day administrative tasks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in supporting architectural and engineering offices.
  • Associates degree and 8+ years of experience in an administrative capacity.
