The Operations Services Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical aspects that support testing, implementation, and ongoing business process management.

Objective of Role 

Incumbent will provide administrative support for system programs or initiatives launched that impact sales, profit, Guest and Team Member satisfaction.

Provides project management support for testing, projects, and initiatives across a broad array of subjects under the umbrella of operating restaurants, including but not limited to food, beverage, labor optimization, HR, training, IT systems, marketing, and development.

Supports multiple projects concurrently through phases of ideation, proof of concept, testing and implementation. Tracks cross functional progress and provides timely updates to ensure all programs and initiatives are completed and operationally ready for implementation. 

Adeptly works with multiple levels of department leadership and cross functional team partners.

Supports execution and operational integration to drive achievement of performance targets.

Responsibilities include:  
•    Support, coordinate, and integrate efforts across a portfolio of projects and programs
•    Assist in execution of testing and implementation strategy for multi-year corporate initiatives.
•    Track cross functional tasks and workstreams to provide status updates and share project timing/risks.
•    Develop win-win business solutions - independently identify project related risks & issues - elevating and proposing solutions where necessary to define a path to resolution
•    Frequently interact with operational leaders and franchise representatives. 
•    Create and present professional updates as needed to Brand leaders.
 •   Target salary is $70k-$85k depending on experience


Skills and Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, or related discipline, or equivalent restaurant operations experience. 
•    Casual dining restaurant/food industry management experience preferred
•    Project Management experience a plus
•    Strength in Task and Time Management
•    Knowledge of restaurant industry preferred
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
