Department Details:
This team drives activities to achieve sustainable growth and improve sales effectiveness. These activities involve sales process redesign, sales pipeline structure, predictive analytics among other teams. Our objective is to enable better targeting, reduce friction in the sales cycle, and help our teams secure more high-quality opportunities.

Internship Projects:
The business intern will support cross functional sales program, coordination of activities, oversight of integrated project plan, tracking cross teams deliverables.
The IT intern or similar intern will analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, provide recommendations that will inform decision making process to improve sales.

- Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.

- Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- 3.0 GPA or above.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
