Job Overview

The Front Office SupervisorisresponsibleforleadingandmanagingfrontofficeoperationsacrossAltaMed sites.The Supervisor develops and implements quality, cost-effective, efficient systems and protocols for standardizing processes of patient carebypartneringwithAdministrative & Medical leadership. The Supervisor is responsiblefortheassessment,developmentandimplementationof standardizedFrontOfficeoperations,policiesandproceduresensuringexcellentcustomerserviceandefficiency. The Supervisor effectively communicates with leadership on all process improvement projects. Works in collaboration with Center Managers and the Manager of Nursing ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required.

  • Minimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in customer facing organization required.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.

  • A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

$72,841.60 - $87,409.92 annually
