Leasing Consultant

Description

Parkside Place Apartments is looking for an energetic Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Essential Functions:

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
  

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous leasing or property management experience required
• Saturday availability required
