Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Track and manage sales activity using company systems
- Identify new business opportunities within the market
Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License
- Minimum experience in real estate transactions preferred
- Strong client management skills
- Professional presentation and communication
- High level of organization and accountability
