QUALIFICATIONS

Current California Manicurist license
3+ years full-time experience as a Nail Technician
Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
Strong supervision, teamwork, documentation, and ROI skills
Solid work history with verifiable references
Passion for the beauty and barbering industries
Honesty and professionalism

Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.

PAY: $20–$22 per hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANICURIST INSTRUCTOR - NAIL TECH PROGRAM EDUCATOR

In this full-time role, you'll guide students through engaging lessons in manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, nail design, nail care, theory, and professional development while modeling the Paul Mitchell culture each day. You'll support Future Professionals in the Clinic Classroom, coach them on technical excellence and salon success skills, and help create confident, career-ready graduates.
