We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. You will work closely with patients to help them regain strength, mobility, and function, promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Knowledge of current best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English as PLUS!
