Rate of Pay:                Rate of Pay: $218,442 to $218,442 per Year

Duties: Plan, schedule, supervise, and exercise authority over field engineering work on assigned water treatment and wastewater projects. Control field engineering activities, prepare construction and procurement schedules, conduct subcontract negotiations, and provide technical guidance to support construction operations in accordance with company procedures and industry practices.

May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 9 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Senior Construction Manager-related occupation.

Position Requires:

1. Addressing construction issues including unforeseen conditions, design errors and omissions, and changes to the contractor’s scope of work

2. Managing subconsultant(s) scope of work and field inspection

3. Overseeing establishment of the Construction Management Plan, Site Specific Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required

4. Supervising the preparation of the client's monthly construction progress report and the client's contract status report. Preparing WBS, budgets and forecasts. Preparing monthly safety self-assessment.

5. Establishing the QA/QC Plan including development of the inspection & test plan. Supervising setup and accreditation of the on-site materials testing laboratory.

6. Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

7. Reviewing daily invoices, cost coding, and processing

8. Coordinating RFIs/submittals/Change Orders, managed/monitored/controlled self-performed concrete scope and production rates

9. Preparing and managing monthly pay applications, BIM coordination, pull planning, weekly site reporting, coordinating with AHJ, TIA preparation and review, dispute resolution involvement, delegated design management

10. Facilitating partnering sessions with all stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
