We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in Pasadena, TX. We're looking for someone who is great at analyzing problems, staying organized, and working both independently and as part of a team. What You Will Do:
- Partner to support full P&L ownership and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of Logistics and Manufacturing operations, supporting new product launches and business initiatives
- Work with internal business units to understand Logistics and Manufacturing to launch new products
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and operating plans
- Assisting in review monthly income statements, own a portion of the budget with stakeholders
- Provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision-support insights to internal business partners
- Perform financial analysis across the P&L, including month-end close activities, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
- Investigate and resolve accounts payable and purchase order issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Assist and support productivity initiatives
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and business workflows as needed.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting-focused role in manufacturing or distribution
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and accounting policies, procedures, programs, and processes, ERP experience
- Basic skills in the development of financial ratios and comparative analysis
- Possession of analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- MS Office Suite experience, including Excel.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
