Job Summary:

The Technology Fulfillment Center Associate is a key hands-on contributor to the new employee experience, responsible for the timely and accurate execution of IT asset provisioning. This role focuses on the tactical day-to-day operations of configuring, preparing, and deploying technology to new hires. The Associate will work closely with the Technology Operations team to ensure all equipment is delivered according to our high standards, providing a seamless and positive start for every new team member in the company.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Technology Provisioning & Fulfillment: Execute day-to-day provisioning of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring accurate configuration, staging, and timely delivery to meet Day 1 readiness commitments.

  • Inventory & Asset Management: Receive, track, and organize IT assets while maintaining accurate records in the asset management system in accordance with established SOPs.

  • Operational Execution & Standardization: Follow established SOPs for inventory management, device configuration, and fulfillment workflows to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

  • New Hire & End-User Support: Support onboarding logistics and serve as a point of contact for end users regarding issued technology, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

  • Endpoint, Application & Service Desk Support: Provide support for endpoint solutions, enterprise applications, and Service Desk operations as needed, including ticket updates, basic troubleshooting, and issue resolution or escalation.

  • Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Perform quality checks on all equipment prior to deployment and assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Technology, and Facilities teams to coordinate equipment needs and support seamless onboarding and operational readiness.

  • SOP Development & Knowledge Management: Create, document, and maintain SOPs and knowledge base materials to improve consistency, training, and operational efficiency.

  • Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Quickly learn new tools and processes, adapt to changing priorities, and identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and overall team performance.

 

 

Position Requirements (Work Experience, Skills, Licenses, etc.): 

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an IT support, logistics, or technology fulfillment role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with computer imaging, software installation (Windows/macOS), and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with an IT Asset Management system; ServiceNow HAM is a plus.
  • Execution Style: Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on precision and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide clear updates and work effectively as part of a team.

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desired: Associate degree or technical certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Travel Requirements:

Travel required 0-25% of the time to other office locations, field shop or project sites.

 

Hours:

This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours begin and end between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm with a one-hour break for lunch and two rest breaks. Eight hours per day is required and other occasional overtime may be necessary for business needs 

 

Physical Demands:

  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

  • Prolonged sitting.

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

  • Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch.

 

Competitive Wages:

$28 to $33 per hour. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
