About the role

Job Summary
The HR Sr. Specialist is responsible for managing HR projects and supporting the implementation of HR programs and policies. This role provides expert guidance on HR matters and collaborates with business leaders to support workforce needs.
This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Large, Division / Extra Large organization. Key Responsibilities Manage HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement. Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. Provide guidance on HR policies and compliance. Analyze HR data and prepare reports. Collaborate with managers to address workforce challenges. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Strong HR generalist knowledge. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with HR systems and tools.
