Roles and Responsibilities

Drive membership sales through in-person, phone, email, and social media outreach.
Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
Greet prospects and walk-in guests, deliver studio tours, and present membership options with confidence.
Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
