Job Summary:
 We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to deliver outstanding dining experiences at Tostada Regia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, excellent communication and sales skills, and a strong ability to work as part of a team. This role demands attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to ensuring customers feel comfortable, well-informed, and satisfied throughout their visit.

Training Pay, After Training pay will be $2.50 plus tips. 

Requirements:

• Positive service attitude with dedication to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proven sales ability to suggest additional menu items and increase check totals
• Excellent personal presentation and hygiene
• Ability to maintain an image consistent with the restaurant’s concept
• Skilled at making customers feel comfortable and valued
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Knowledgeable about all food items served in the restaurant
• Proficient in operating the company’s point of sale (POS) system

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and efficient service to customers within your assigned area
• Clearly explain menu items to customers based on their preferences and needs
• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system
• Stay within your assigned service area as much as possible, only leaving to bring food or drinks
• Maintain constant focus on customers, observing and anticipating their needs
• Avoid distractions such as chatting with coworkers to maintain excellent service standards
• Boost sales by recommending drinks, desserts, or additional food items when appropriate
• Ensure all dishes are served within 10 minutes of ordering
• Verify that food meets quality and presentation standards before serving
• Address any customer concerns promptly, seeking corrections if necessary
• Keep your work area clean and well-organized
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth and efficient service for all customers
• Arrive on time and be ready to work according to your schedule
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by management
