Promote memberships with integrity by focusing on guests’ needs and demonstrating value—exceptional service drives natural membership growth. Build positive relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated. Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Bluewave brand. Compensation: $12 - $14 per hour Enjoy free car washes as part of our team! This is a full-time, day-shift position, with 35-40 hours a week. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: A friendly, positive attitude that makes guests feel comfortable. Prior sales experience is required, but we’re committed to supporting and training motivated individuals who are ready to sharpen their skills. Ability to focus on the details and take pride in your work. Enjoy working outside, rain or shine.
