DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

Licensed as an esthetician for 3 years
3+ years of esthetician experience in a salon, spa or medical setting
Customer service experience
Proficiency with technology
Teaching experience is preferred but not required

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ESTHETICIAN LEARNING LEADER - SKINCARE TEACHER?

You'll create a dynamic classroom experience where students learn by doing. Using:

Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.)
Learning centers
Mini-classes

You'll teach:

Skin health science and advanced analysis
Ingredient technology and skincare innovations
Professional facial techniques
Waxing and makeup
Retail recommendation strategies
Business and guest service skills
