Warehouse Associate – EPJ Operator / Dock Stocker / Quality Control

Responsibilities:
? Load and unload trailers using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
? Perform dock stocking and inventory replenishment
? Conduct quality inspections and inventory audits
? Verify shipments and maintain inventory accuracy

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with experience loading and unloading trailers, operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), dock stocking, quality control inspections, and inventory auditing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining company quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Move, stage, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Perform dock stocking and replenishment of inventory.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Conduct quality inspections on products and packaging.
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organization.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Quality control and inventory auditing experience preferred.
• Ability to read shipping documents and inventory reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
