Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Pasadena, TX

Pay: $19/hr on W2(Inclusive all)

Description:

 

Warehouse Picker
The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
Locate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition
Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts show forklift certification requirements
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership
Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed

Warehouse Packer
The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure safe and efficient shipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by following quality standards, meeting productivity goals, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
Pack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements
Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and quality before packing
Use packing materials to secure products and prevent damage during transit
Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is complete
Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, carts)
Operate forklift equipment previous experience is required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow safety procedures and report any issues or hazards
Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Work Environment
Frequent lifting, bending, and moving of materials
Use of safety equipment as required
