Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, handle floor calls, routine inspections, repairs, and adjustments on mechanical systems, production equipment, and facility components.
Document preventative maintenance on all equipment
General building maintenance
Keep a daily log
Perform diagnostic tests and root cause analysis to figure out problems with machinery or equipment
Test malfunctioning machinery to determine whether major repairs are needed.
Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, with coursework covering mechanical systems, electrical fundamentals, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
1+ year of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent combination of education and or practical training.
Demonstrated ability to perform equipment inspections, identify issues, and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
