What You Do 

• Prepare rooms / areas for work activities to include setting up staging areas, equipment and content protection
• Provide direction to subcontractors
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to include securely storing equipment and supplies while not in use
• Interface with customers and relay information to Project Director or Superintendent when appropriate
• Complete paperwork, upload documents, and provide job updates into database as needed
• Complete punch list items with attention to detail 
• Maintain equipment in clean and working condition
• Ensure the company vehicle is fully stocked at all times and travel to a nearby home improvement store to purchase needed items
• Monitor the safety, security, efficiency, and appearance of the company vehicle 
• Monitor the safety, security and appearance of job sites
• Assist with demolition and general clean up as needed

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience  
• Hands on experience in drywall, paint, trim and carpentry
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Understanding of major trades processes (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Willingness to be flexible based on business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of the correct and safe operation of all related tools and equipment
• Proficient use of computer technology
• Proficiency in light carpentry, framing, drywall, paint, trim and all aspects of repair that is common with handyman work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships
• Valid driver's license
