Associate Chiropractor – Full Time

Job Summary
HealthSource Chiropractic of Pasco is a fast-growing, modern chiropractic and rehab clinic serving the Tri-Cities community. We are seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor who is looking for structured mentorship, clinical confidence, and long-term growth in a supportive, systems-driven environment.
This role is ideal for a new graduate or early-career chiropractor who wants clear expectations, strong support, and the opportunity to grow clinically and professionally.
What You Can Expect in This Role
Your First 90 Days
First 30 Days
- Structured shadowing and onboarding
- Technique calibration and clinical flow training
- Learning our rehab systems, documentation, and patient communication
- Gradual transition into patient care with supervision
Days 31–90
- Increasing patient autonomy
- Weekly case reviews and mentorship check-ins
- Continued support with adjustments, rehab progressions, and patient education
- Focus on confidence and consistency — not pressure
Beyond 90 Days
- Full patient schedule
- Eligibility for performance bonuses
- Ongoing mentorship and skill development
- Optional exposure to outreach, referrals, and leadership growth
You will never be thrown into the deep end — mentorship is intentional and structured.

Clinical Focus
You will work with a diverse patient population using:
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Progressive rehabilitation
- Soft tissue therapies
- Decompression and supportive modalities
- Patient education and movement coaching
We emphasize clinical reasoning, communication, and consistency over volume-only care.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Washington State chiropractic license (or in process)
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable, growth-oriented mindset
- Professional, positive, team-focused attitude
Preferred (but not required)
- Interest in rehab-based care
- Desire for long-term growth within a clinic
- Comfort building patient trust and rapport
