Battery Marketer

Direct Automotive Distributing is currently seeking a Full-Time Battery Route Sales Representative.

This position is responsible for developing strong relationships and building sales by positively interacting with current clients and introducing our Battery Service Program to prospective customers in order to gain new business.

Additionally this position will:

• Conduct sales calls and provide information on all batteries that we carry such as AC Delco, Motorcraft, and others.
• Conduct client training, manage the clients battery inventory and fill orders.
• Administer battery warranty and reimbursement programs.
• Conduct battery testing.
• Conduct cold calling to build territory.

Requirements:

We are looking for an assertive, driven, skilled sales representative with previous sales experience to service current customers while developing new business within their assigned territory.

This position also requires the ability to repeatedly lift 65 pounds or more.

Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle record and criminal background check may be administered as a condition of employment.

***Must have a clean driving record and over 21 years of age per federal guidelines***

Direct Automotive Distributing offers well-balanced compensation and benefits programs, including medical, dental, 401K, paid holidays/vacation.

Base pay ($17/hr) plus commission (sales and cores). Pay is based on experience and job performance.
