Support the Key Customer Requirements of Tyree Oil: Safety, Quality, Dependability, Hospitality, Integrity, accuracy, Cleanliness, Value.  Key Responsibilities: General Labor & Facility Upkeep Perform general housekeeping and cleaning throughout the facility, including work areas, equipment areas, and common spaces. Maintain grounds, walkways, and exterior areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Move, stage, and organize materials, parts, and supplies as directed. Keep tools, shop areas, and storage areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Assist with waste handling and disposal in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Maintenance Support Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, belt inspections, and minor adjustments as trained and directed. Assist with equipment inspections and report abnormal conditions, leaks, unusual noises, or safety concerns immediately. Support the Facility Operations Technician during troubleshooting and repair activities. Participate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns, including preparation, cleaning, maintenance support, and safe return of equipment to service.  Documentation Accurately complete assigned checklists, inspection forms, and maintenance records. Report completed work, observations, and any issues to the Facility Operations Technician daily, and escalate significant issues to the Branch Operations Manager as appropriate. Safety Follow all company safety policies and applicable site and customer safety requirements. Follow OSHA, environmental, and all other applicable safety regulations. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Participate in all required safety meetings and training. Maintain awareness of surroundings and stop work to report unsafe conditions. Minimum Qualifications and Core Competencies: High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass all customer- and site-required background checks and maintain any required certifications. Ability to successfully complete all required site-specific safety orientation and training programs. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools. Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in general labor, construction, agriculture, warehousing, or industrial environments. Experience assisting with equipment maintenance or repair. Forklift operation experience or certification. Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, conveyors, or similar industrial equipment. Interest in developing a long-term career in industrial maintenance and facility operations. The employee may occasionally work in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is generally loud. Machinery/Forklift operation may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Work Schedule: Hours Per Week: Regularly scheduled for 50+ hours per week, Days Per Week: 5 days per week / 10+ hours per day; Days off vary based on assigned schedule. Overtime: Regular overtime is required. Weekends/Evenings: Weekends/Evenings are required depending on shift selected.
