HR Coordinator

Are you passionate about people and driven by the challenge of finding the perfect hire? Join McCurley Dealerships as our HR Coordinator and play a key role in shaping our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for talent.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer letters
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule candidate interviews
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with recruitment policies
Represent McCurley Dealerships at career fairs and networking events
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
Support other HR functions as needed, including employee engagement and recordkeeping
Other tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of HR experience
Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with using HRIS platform
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred

Hourly Pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00.

Employees in this role are expected to perform all duties onsite at the assigned work location during scheduled working hours. This position is not eligible for remote work.
