Passionately in pursuit of the perfect beer… and never satisfied.  Job Summary:  The Electrician is responsible for the development, installation, and maintenance of all company-related electrical components. It is their duty to upkeep current electrical plan sets, assist maintenance and engineering personnel with 120 VACS to 480V 3ph systems, and troubleshoot any problems as they arise.     Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:  Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:   Assist in troubleshooting electrical-related issues on all production equipment when issues arise  Work closely with Production staff, Maintenance, Engineering, IT and sub-contractors as a cross functional team member to meet all production needs  Manage and maintain all cleanliness, wire organization for new and existing control panels  Manage and maintain all parts inventory related to electrical systems  Ensure all work performed on electrical panels is safely and properly executed and recorded  Develop, track, and implement preventative maintenance, metering, and upgrades as required  Interpret technical information pertaining to controls systems, brewery systems, and engineering  Utilize Basic Hand Tools, electrical tools, multi-meters, signal generators  Work AutoCAD or similar drafting programs  Manage all other projects as assigned      QualificationsRequired Qualifications:    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Trade school certification, AA relating to electronics, or equivalent   4 years of experience as an electrician   Strong working knowledge of 120V and 480V systems  A strong understanding of electronics in industrial applications  Electrical wiring, and conduit fitting skills  Mechanical, assembly, and machining skills  Must be able to utilize lock out/tag out for machinery  Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, prints, schematics, operating manuals, and repair manuals  Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal training  High attention to detail, accuracy, and precision  Strong troubleshooting/problem solving/logic/process of elimination skills     Physical Demands:  Specifically, the physical demands include, but are not limited to, the following activities:   Regularly required to stand or walk for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, control, or feel objects tools or controls  Required to bend or twist their body, climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles.   Must be able to kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl and maintain or regain their balance  Regularly required to lift and or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds with assistance  Vision abilities include: close vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.  Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
