Seeking a reliable and hardworking back of house team member to support our kitchen operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Regular and reliable attendance
- Responsible for food preparation: mixing and prepping ingredients
- Set up their workstation with all necessary supplies, ingredients and equipment before service.
- Cooking food items according to recipes and station requirements
- Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize equipment and follow health and safety regulations, such as cleaning workstation and washing dishes
- Properly store food at correct temperatures
- Assisting on the line
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideal candidates have prior kitchen experience looking to thrive in a fast-paced golf course Restaurant
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends and evenings
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- California Food Handler Certification
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Stand and walk for long periods of time or an entire shift, repetitive motions of hands, wrists and fingers, climb stairs, balance, stoop, squat, bend, twist, kneel, reach, grasp, shake, stir, pour, squeeze with both hands. Talk or hear; taste or smell.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs
