About the Role:
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team in Fleming Island, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of a premier spa experience, helping clients feel relaxed and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and manage appointments using spa booking software
- Promote and sell spa memberships, packages, and retail products
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with excellent customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet membership and retail goals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Positive, professional attitude and a passion for wellness and hospitality
