Position Purpose:

• The Lead Medical Practice Representative , under the direction of the Manager, plans, organizes, staffs, and directs the daily activities of the office including monitoring physician schedules, accounts receivables and collection of patient due balances.
• Specialty: Primary Care
• Location : 2150 Marble Cliff Office Park, Suite A, Columbus, Ohio 43215
• Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome patients
• Train new Medical Practice Representatives
• Assist scheduling Medical Practice Representatives
• Supervisor workflow
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Soft collections
• Answering incoming calls
• EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Associates degree from an accredited school; significant related experience (minimum two years) may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience: One to two years of practice experience in a medical office required
• Two to three years of experience in leading, directing, and managing staff preferred
