Job Summary

Illuminate USA is seeking a hands-on and motivated IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship is a great opportunity for a student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As an IT Intern, you’ll support day-to-day IT operations, assist associates across the facility, and contribute to technical projects that enhance our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

· Support user account creation, access requests, and password resets.

· Document IT support activities and help maintain the knowledge base.

· Assist with system updates, backups, and IT maintenance tasks.

· Help with hardware and software rollouts across the facility.

· Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.

· Work with the IT team on infrastructure and security-related projects.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of IT.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Strong interest in IT operations, troubleshooting, and technical support.

· Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and computer hardware.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory is a plus.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with others.
