Job DetailsJob Location: Etna, OH 43062Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: MidProduction Associates are responsible for reading work orders to determine door specifications, selecting the correct components, and modifying door slabs to meet required standards. This role involves using various tools to fabricate and assemble materials, physically moving doors between stations (up to 75 lbs), inspecting finished work for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Read work orders to determine door specifications and required components. Locate, pull, and modify door slabs and parts to meet custom specifications. Use hand and power tools (e.g., routers, saws, drills, nailers) to fabricate and assemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products. Move doors between production stations, handling materials weighing up to 75 lbs. Inspect completed work for defects and quality issues, making necessary corrections. Perform shop cleanup, light maintenance, and other assigned duties to support production.
