Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of pneumatic equipment. With routine knowledge in pneumatic systems, this role will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
Replace or repair worn or damaged parts, and make necessary adjustments for pneumatic systems.
Ensure all pneumatic equipment adheres to industry safety standards and company policies. Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety procedures during maintenance tasks.
Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and repairs. Ensure timelySOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other relevant documents are updated.
Propose improvements to operational procedures or maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Work closely with production, equipment, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and integration of pneumatic systems.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or associate degree.
Typically requires a year of related experienceinmaintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic equipment.
Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems, components, and functionalities.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to pneumatic systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
