As a new standalone joint venture聽established聽by two global leaders in renewable energy,聽we鈥檝e聽rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting safety initiatives, and fostering a positive team environment. 聽Must have a strong background in warehouse operations, proven leadership experience, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to driving success.
Key Responsibilities
路 Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and short-haul transportation
路 Coordinate tasks and staffing to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and on-time operations
路 Train, mentor, and oversee warehouse team members, ensuring adherence to proper handling procedures, inventory practices, and safety standards
路 Manage the establishment, maintenance, and accuracy of inventory records, ensuring proper tracking of all inbound and outbound goods
路 Promote and enforce strong warehouse safety practices, continually enhancing personnel and property safety awareness
路 Monitor and optimize warehouse layouts, space utilization, and processes for maximum efficiency
路 Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on warehouse performance
路 Ensure all operations align with company safety, quality, and productivity standards
路 Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
路 Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
路 Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
路 Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows
路 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
路 Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
路 Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
路 Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices
