Leadman

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Leadman who is a confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees. Also, this position will require picking and sorting construction and demolition material on facility processing line, performs cleaning functions. In addition to, duties may include sweeping, shoveling, scraping, painting, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Picking and Sorting C&D material on processing line.
• Supporting plant housekeeping in sweeping, shoveling, picking windblown litter, and raking.
• Wearing proper PPE including gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, safety toe boots and mask.
• Follows standard safety procedures
• Work Overtime as needed
• Preform other duties as assigned
• Embrace the Company's safety culture and core values
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Work side by side with other laborers
• Communicate and work well with others
• Follows standard safety procedures (example-Lock out Tag Out)
• Attends morning safety briefings with crew
• Arrives to work on time and maintains good attendance
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Physical Requirements:

• Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
