Per Diem - HVAC/Refrigeration Technician

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of all type of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems within the facility. Systems maintained include, but are not limited to, Air Handlers, Exhaust Fan, Package, Roof Top, Split Type Heating and Cooling System, Glycol, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water, Steam Heating Systems etc. Maintains Pneumatic Controls, Building Automation System. Operate and monitors Pneumatic Tube System, Elevators and Fire Alarm System
